Pitched up and it looked windy. There was a guy out on a 4.7 who was nicely powered up. Falling tide and the shorebreak was ok if you paid attention. Rigged my 4.5 and wave board - first blast out and I was way overpowered, so in to sort the sail out. Wind settled and sail depowered meant it was ok, but quite a strong upwind rip made it hard work getting going in the lighter wind on the inside. Great day though with some monumental jumping. About 20 people out all on sub 5m.
